You want to cancel your purchase - how does it work?
You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The period of revocation is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, took or has taken possession of the last goods.
In order to exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us of your decision to revoke this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter, fax or e-mail sent by post).
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day deadline. You bear the costs of the direct return of the goods.
Consequences of the revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from you choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you can prove that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You bear the costs of the direct return of the goods.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day deadline. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary for checking the quality, properties, and functioning of the goods.
The right of revocation does not apply to the following contracts:
- contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

I never received my package - what now?
Parcels that cannot be delivered (after several delivery attempts) are automatically returned to us. After receipt of the products, the amount will be automatically credited within approx. 5 working days. No further action on the part of the buyer is necessary.
How and when do I get my money back?
After receipt of the return delivery, the products will be checked for damage or traces of use within a maximum of 5 working days. If everything is in order, the amount to be returned will be credited to your account within 14 days at the latest (same method as payment receipt). We endeavor to process the return delivery as quickly as possible.
