When will my order arrive?

All orders are usually shipped within 24 hours - often on the same day (for orders placed before noon). We will email you your dispatch information and will also let you know via text (if you have entered your mobile phone number). Our shipping information contains a link with which you can always see where your parcel is (tracking). You will also receive an email directly from our shipping partner - DPD - on the day of delivery. This email contains other useful information and features (for example, you have the option to redirect your package).

After shipping to our warehouse, your package will arrive in about 2-4 business days.

The parcel could not be delivered, what now?

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the parcel will be delivered to a DPD parcel shop in the vicinity of the collection point. You will find a message on your door or mailbox. If the carrier cannot find your delivery address, the parcel will be delivered to the parcel shop immediately. If the package is not picked up within two weeks, it will automatically be returned to us and we will automatically refund the amount you already paid.

If you have been waiting a long time for your parcel and no note has been left or you suspect that the carrier cannot find the delivery location, check the current parcel status using the tracking link (see shipping confirmation).

I would like to return products I have already received, how can I do this?

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without stating a reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, took or has taken possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (TOOSHAPED GmbH, Karmeliterplatz 4C, 8010 Graz, info@tooshaped.com, Tel.: +43 0800 562 254) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter, fax or e-mail sent by post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you give us notice of revocation. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day deadline. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods directly.
